Lounges at São Paulo Fashion Week once again exhibit the talent of designers of Casa Brasil

Furniture planned by important designers will furnish the lounge of the Brazilian Association of Textile and Apparel Industry – ABIT, and the Brazilian Association of Fashion Designers – ABEST, as of Jan 19th at the São Paulo Fashion Week. This is more than an area to rest; it is a new alliance between the most important fashion week in the country and Casa Brasil, the largest furniture design event in Brazil. This partnership, started in 2011, showcases a selection of the most important names of our furniture industry – Ilse Lang, Eulália Anselmo, Flávia Pagotti, Alexsandro Lohn, Rodrigo and Reni Delazzeri, Juliano Bettim, Amélia Tarozzo, Carlos Motta and Mila Rodrigues. The success of the partnership started a year ago resulted in this new invitation by the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex) to the Furniture Industry Association of Bento Gonçalves (Sindmóveis), aiming at providing business opportunities by uniting two creative sources. The pieces – including sofas, armchairs and side tables – are a preview of the leading-edge technologies used in the surrounded area of Bento Gonçalves and exhibitors at Casa Brasil, which will be held in 2013. Materials such as rope, aluminum and natural fibers are combined with wood, in this functional walkway for the guests of ABIT and ABEST.
