The result of good work is bearing fruit in international trade fairs. Two member companies of the Orchestra Brasil project were exhibiting at Fimma Maderalia Fair in Valencia, Spain. Kolafit (Piraquara – PR) and Procad Softwares (Caxias do Sul) will take part in the event, that happened from October 25-28, with individual support to the booth project. Both companies target the local market, which according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) – Spain has more than 17 thousand furniture manufacturing companies (mostly small), with an average annual turnover of 4.8 billion euros. In addition to presenting Promob Studio and Promob Plus ES, systems for planning modular furniture, Pablo Bat Guerra of Procad Softwares highlights the importance of sharing experiences during the event with the two representatives of the company and the compliments from the Spanish partner for the action plan. Aiming to enter the first partnerships with the Spanish and Portuguese market, Fúlvio Carvalho, director of Kolafit, expects the channels of contact made at the fair to provide the company with the possibility of effective sales of the product displayed resin thread for joining veneers. According to the INE-ES, the chances are excellent: in 2009 alone, the volume of net purchase of raw materials, goods and supplies by the Spanish furniture industry totaled approximately 2.94 billion euros.
