Course will be given by the Reclame AQUI® team in Bento Gonçalves On June 4, Movergs and Sindmóveis will promote through its Furniture Committee a course on Customer Service given by the founders of the Reclame AQUI® portal. The training course includes the profile of consumers who make their complaints on the Internet, the work methodology of Reclame AQUI® and aspects to enable companies to respond effectively to complaints. The content will be divided into three macro-themes: how to preserve the companys reputation and, at the same time, meet the consumers needs; how Reclame AQUI® compiles its indices; and how to use the portal appropriately. The event will be held from 8am to 12pm at Salão de Eventos – CIC Bento Gonçalves. Places are limited and the registration fee costs R$ 50.00.
