KBIS Las Vegas opens the annual calendar of the Orchestra Brasil Project

Booth will display products of four Brazilian producers of supplies and technology   Orchestra Brasil, a project to encourage exports organized by the Furniture Industry Association of Bento Gonçalves (Sindmóveis) in partnership with  the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), restarts its activities in 2015 by taking part in KBIS Las Vegas, 20-22 January. This is the fourth consecutive participation of the project in the fair, which brings together trends and technologies for kitchens and bathrooms. This year, the companies exhibiting their new products are Brasmacol, Metalsinos, Promob Softwares and Zen Design. The United States is the largest market for the exports of the companies participating in the Orchestra Brasil Project. The action plan promoted in this market in the last three years has helped companies to establish and consolidate business in the area. In addition to the suppliers of goods for the furniture industry, the project also promotes the internationalization of Brazilian design studios, which are currently focused on entering the US market. The Orchestra Brasil Project has been carried out since 2006 promoting the competitive inclusion of suppliers of the woodworking sector in the international market. To achieve this goal it promotes market research, missions to prospect markets, individual actions, Buyer’s Projects, Seller’s Projects and Image projects, in addition to taking part in major world trade fairs. Currently, Orchestra Brasil comprises 73 companies and 47 design studios. The priority markets for 2014 and 2015 are South Africa, Guatemala, Mexico, United States, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Turkey, Bolivia (secondary) and Chile (secondary).
