During the next edition of Casa Brasil, a trade fair for high-end contemporary products to be held from August 2 – 6 at Parque de Eventos in Gonçalves (RS), Café do Mercado, one of the most traditional cafes in Rio Grande do Sul, will show that it is possible to produce art with coffee. Visitors attending the fair on October 5, at 4 pm can watch the presentation on Latte Art by Tiago Mello, Gaucho award-winning barista, at Café do Mercado booth. The Latte Art is a technique for creating a pattern on the surface of drinks based on espresso with milk, one of the most beloved combinations in the world. This is an alternative created by coffee houses to surprise the lovers of good coffee adding a final touch to the drink. The Latte Art has become very popular and today there are several competitions around the world so that the baristas can show their skills while keeping the flavor of the drink.
