Business Meetings - Regulations

1. Companies taking part in the business meetings have to be a member of the Brazilian Furniture Project;

2. Companies interested in taking part in the business meetings have to complete the questionnaire and send it to the Management of the Buyer's Project by January 25, 2008;

3. The company will have to take part in all scheduled meetings, following the timetable;

4. Importers must participate in the morning meetings on March 25 and 26; they will not be allowed to leave the room where meetings are held. Therefore, importers cannot be invited to leave the meetings by other companies to visit booths or factories during the meetings;

5. Importers will be asked to complete a form at the end of the meetings in order to evaluate the results obtained from the Project.

6. Failure to comply with any of these regulations shall be considered a violation subject to penalties imposed by the management of the Buyer's Project.
