Business Meetings

The aim of these short business meeting is to bring companies and import companies together to negotiate their products and services and to enter partnerships.

How does it work?
Companies that are exhibitors at Movelsul Brasil and members of the Brazilian Furniture project can registered for the Buyer's Project taking part in Business Meetings with the Importers invited to participate in the Project. Before the event each registered company receives a catalog containing the profile of each importer and a form to be completed by the company in order to request meetings with importers of their interest. This form will be submitted to the Buyer's Project Management so that the meeting timetable is drawn up.

Benefits
The schedule is prepared according to the profile of the participants, enabling businessmen to show in a short space of time their products and services in an objective and effective way, contacting importers of their interest.

Important Tips
The exhibitor should develop a plan to participate in the meetings, providing promotional material, business cards, folders, export price list (dollar / euro), production capacity and volume per container. It is also important to have information about logistics cost (freight, insurance, shipment) to the nearest ports of your business and the shipping cost to the destination countries. We would like to remind you that the material must be in English / Spanish.
